UPLAND AND Streamside Habitat

The GYWC coordinates a number of Upland and Streamside Habitat programs including the monitoring and restoration projects highlighted below which leverage the support of a diverse network of local volunteers, landowners, partner organizations, and funders to improve watershed conditions for streamside habitat and instream water quality.

Restoration Programs

Cozine Creek

Since 2017, the GYWC has partnered with Linfield University and the City of McMinnville to convene a “Friends of Cozine Creek” partnership to engage our local community and landowners in improving native habitat and water quality in the Cozine Creek watershed.
